Jiu-Jitsu Adults Program

You will learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu, which include self-defense, groundwork, body control, take-downs, and throws. During this time, you will gradually build up your endurance, flexibility, core strength, hip movement, self-confidence, and most importantly, your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills.

 

Kids Program

The curriculum for this program includes both beginner and fundamental techniques, as well as coordination drills, interactive games, and exploration of core concepts and ideas in jiu-jitsu.

Program Goals: Increase general understanding of jiu-jitsu. Learn self-discipline and build confidence while having fun in a welcoming environment.


Kickboxing Program

In addition to getting a full-on, total body workout, our kickboxing class doesn't skimp on teaching you techniques that have helped fighters dominate for decades. Not only will you learn basic kickboxing, but also Western-style boxing skills and combinations.
